HexClock
Instructions
Each day has sixteen hours (0-F), each hour is divided into 256 minutes (00-FF) and each minute divided into 16 seconds. One base16 hour is 1.5 standard hours. One base16 minute is approximately 21 standard seconds. One base 16 second is approximately 1.3 standard seconds. This clock covers the entire day and the beginning of each hour is at the bottom of the face. Noon is at 8:00.0.
There are three controls on this simulation located below the centre of the face. They are accessible even when obscured by the hands. Set 24 allows you to set the clock using the 24 hour system while Set 16 allows you to set the base16 time directly. Set the time by clicking on the winder and dragging left or right to adjust by minutes and up and down to adjust by hours. Local will reset the clock to the local time as found on your system.

Hopefully the latest version (v1.3 April 2009) has laid the timezone-DST bug to rest. Let me know if you suspect otherwise. To check the regular time that the Hex Clock is using just click and hold on the Set 24 control.
