This is in celebration (if that's the right word) the emergence of the Cicada Brood X this year. I have to admit I don't think I'd ever heard of cicada until a couple of months ago - not a big thing round these parts. The original concept was a request by Shockwave for a cicada fairy - and that's what he got. "You'll get one wish... and like it." Background al la Rodney Matthews.
